#86 Sunday wedding

We witnessed the most beautiful summer wedding Sunday morning. At 9 am, in the Eco Temple, Anna and Andreas married in the rays of the summer’s nicest hours this year. We topped it off with Pol Roger’s Sparkling Breakfast at the Cadier Bar in the Grand Hotel.

#84 Fanelli Café

I’ve re-discovered the bar counter. A long time ago I spent considerable amounts of time at them. But lately, me and my behavior have been ushered to the dining areas, the tables, the knife and fork area. But this week in NY, I re-discovered the bar. Hallelujah.

Mid day. Stumbled upon a bar on Ludlow. Music, beer. Nothing unusual. Yet kind of magic. Could have been the beer. Or the music. Or the insanely happy bar man. ‘Les Enfants Terribles’ on the corner of Ludlow/Canal, lower east side.
