#75 Bella ragazza

It is strange. First you get one. Love it, unconditionally. Insanely. Then, there’s another one. You wonder, how could you possibly love that one as much. Puzzling, but the math works out. You start to love more. Then. A Saturday in late April comes along to test your hypothesis of human emotional capacity. A third [...]

#74 Blue wimp

This bird is a blue wimp. It is, according to the bird book, wimpier than other birds. And blue. However, it is a nice reminder of spring and summer. Which, they say, are around the corner.

#72 Havana

As one of the more puzzling nations I’ve visited, the old streets of Havana made me feel at home yet distanced from the stagnation and limitations. #66 CTG

It’s CTG two times a week. I have no idea what it stands for. It’s a machine, hooked up to the belly. Measuring movements and heartbeats. Scribbles curves on paper. Long piece of paper patiently, quietly and gently pushing itself out of the plastic body on the side board.

Another ultra sound. A heart, a hand, a nose. A miracle.

#64 First day of spring

Suddenly spring hits you. The warm rays meander over your body, and while you pretty much could see it coming (by looking in any nearby calendar) it strikes you with total surprise. The sudden impact of liveable conditions instantly make all urban beings drop their over coats a bit too soon, and literally throw on [...]
